| Product description | The Digital Surface Model of the Czech Republic derived from image correlation represents the terrain, including all natural and human-made objects. Natural objects comprise vegetation cover, while human-made objects represent buildings. The DMP, first generated from data acquired in 2024, is created using image correlation of aerial survey photographs acquired primarily for the Orthophoto of the Czech Republic (Ortofoto ČR). The dataset is available as a point cloud arranged in a regular grid (0.2 × 0.2 m) and in raster format (0.5 × 0.5 m) derived by interpolation from the point cloud. The image-correlation DMP is intended for analyses of terrain and object heights, both at regional and local scales. Typical applications include visibility analyses, radio wave propagation modelling, and modelling of the dispersion of harmful substances and pollutants in the atmosphere. This dataset is provided in the ETRS89-TM33N coordinate reference system and the EVRS vertical reference system. | |
